Delivery Information

Products are shipped within Australia by the best means available.

At checkout you are able to select the delivery method that is most suitable to yourself.  Three options are available.

Home Delivery is for all deliveries that are addressed to a residential address or where loading facilities are not available.

Business Delivery is for deliveries addressed to a business address, where loading facilities are available.

Depot Delivery provides a depot location with handling facilities where you can make a collection during business hours.

Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery.
To determine the cost of shipping to your area, you do not need a registered account.
1. from your shopping cart, select "Estimate Shipping & Taxes"
2. Enter the delivery type, home, business, depot.  Home delivery is not available if items exceed weigt or dimension restrictions.
3. Enter the delivery location and press the "Get Quote" button. The freight amount will be supplied for the shipping address selected.
4. You may continue to the Checkout to make this purchase, return to shopping or log off at any time.

Customers are responsible for any freight charges incurred by refused or unclaimed shipments or additional fees if selecting a business delivery to a residential address.  Please review the home delivery service guide below.

Warranties and Returns:

All products carry a full manufacturer's warranty,and in any situation where the products fail to perform as specified, you are entitled to an exchange upon return.
We also offer a seven-day money back guarantee on all purchases. If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return it within seven (7) days for a full refund (less shipping and handling). Goods must be returned at the customer's expense, in unmarked, original condition and packing, complete with all documentation, accessories etc. All returns and warranty repairs must be accompanied by your Sales Receipt. Please contact us for Return Authorisation prior to returning any product.


Home Delivery Service Guide

"Leave Safe" Home Delivery up to 40 kg (Aust Wide)

This service is available Australia wide for consignments containing individual item(s) less than 40 kg in dead weight. In utilising this service the sender is acknowledging the carriers right to leave the goods at the recipients site without obtaining a POD signature.

Where the item is left will be at the discretion of the driver. If the receiver happens to be home a signature may be obtained by the driver.For Leave Safe Home Deliveries, you cannot request the driver to ring customer prior to delivery. They simply will not call your customer because in booking this job, you are authorising the driver to leave the goods in a safe area if your customer is not at home. If you would like us to call your customer prior to delivery, you will need to book a standard home delivery.

Insurance: For those customers with insurance, your freight is still covered whilst in transit for loss or damage. If your consignment is lost or damaged after confirmation of leave safe ("Driver POD" or system "Delivered" status) then your insurance coverage is void.

Standard Home Delivery (Suburban Only)

The receiver will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange a suitable delivery time. Deliveries are scheduled for either an AM or PM slot on any given day. The carrier then provides an updated two hour delivery window depending upon driver progress.

This service utilises power tailgates and two man crews when required and this is included in the quoted price.

All goods in excess of 40 kg in weight must be palletised and all individual items in excess of 80 kg in weight must be able to be pallet jacked or trolleyed from the vehicle. In the event an item cannot be handled in this way crane truck fees may apply in order to facilitate the delivery.

Delivery is to front car port, driveway, doorstep or wherever practical depending upon site access. Drivers are not permitted to move item(s) within the residence or around the property due to OHS reasons.

This service assumes reasonable and safe access to the site is available.

Overhanging trees, steep driveways, tight streets or an unforseen obstruction may deem the delivery unavailable. Any individual item(s) in excess of 3.4 metres in length is POA.

Item(s) in excess of 2.2m in length with an individual item(s) greater than 80kg in weight will be charged POA crane truck fees.
